Bu problemin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni, \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim sonucu olu\u015fan sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n miktar\u0131n\u0131n giderek artmas\u0131 ve bunun sonucunda atmosferik dengenin bozulmas\u0131d\u0131r. Genel bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla, \u00fcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve \u0131s\u0131nma\/bar\u0131nma ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi amac\u0131yla fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ile sera gazlar\u0131 havaya kar\u0131\u015fmakta ve g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e sera gaz\u0131 miktar\u0131 artarak k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma etkilerini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma, hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7arak her b\u00f6lgenin iklim karakterinin farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131na sebep olmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, hava ko\u015fullar\u0131 mevsim normallerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmakta, kara ve deniz \u0131s\u0131nmalar\u0131nda farkl\u0131l\u0131klar meydana gelmekte, yer alt\u0131 ve yer \u00fcst\u00fc su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n miktar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. T\u00fcm bu fakt\u00f6rler de tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimde b\u00fcy\u00fck problemlerin ya\u015fanmas\u0131na sebebiyet vermektedir. Do\u011fan\u0131n dengesinin giderek bozulmas\u0131, canl\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131nda yeni s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 do\u011furarak do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131 riskli bir hale getirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sera gazlar\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131ca karbondioksit, karbon monoksit, metan, azot dioksit ve di\u011fer gazlardan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r [1;2]. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya etkisi en fazla olan gaz metan olmakla birlikte, havaya kar\u0131\u015fan miktar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha fazla olmas\u0131 nedeniyle karbondioksit sera gaz\u0131 etkisinin olu\u015fumunda temel rol oynamaktad\u0131r [3; 2]. Bu nedenle sera gaz\u0131 etkisinin hangi eylemlerde daha fazla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken karbondioksit \u00fcretim miktar\u0131n\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu alanlara bakmak yeterli olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda CO<sub>2<\/sub> e\u015fd.* olarak %72\u2019lik oranla enerji kaynakl\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u0131ralamay\u0131 %13,4 ile tar\u0131m, %11,2 ile end\u00fcstriyel i\u015flemler ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131, %3,4 ile at\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc izlemektedir (\u015eekil 1). Yaln\u0131zca CO<sub>2<\/sub> sal\u0131m\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; %34,6&#8217;s\u0131 elektrik ve \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretiminden olmak \u00fczere %87,4&#8217;\u00fc enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden, %12,3&#8217;\u00fc end\u00fcstriyel i\u015flemler ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan, %0,3&#8217;\u00fc ise tar\u0131m ve at\u0131k sekt\u00f6rlerinden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir (\u015eekil 2). Metan emisyonu de\u011ferleri ise; %62,4&#8217;\u00fc tar\u0131m, %19,5&#8217;i enerji, %18,1&#8217;i at\u0131k ve %0,03&#8217;\u00fc end\u00fcstri kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir [4].<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"290\" height=\"336\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-979\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-13.png 290w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-13-259x300.png 259w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 290px) 100vw, 290px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"290\" height=\"336\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-980\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-14.png 290w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-14-259x300.png 259w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 290px) 100vw, 290px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eekil 1 ve 2: Sekt\u00f6rlere G\u00f6re Sera Gaz\u0131 ve CO<sub>2<\/sub> Emisyon Oranlar\u0131 (T\u00dc\u0130K, 2019)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enerji \u00fcretimi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu oranlar\u0131na bak\u0131lacak olursa, en fazla emisyonun fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan emisyon oranlar\u0131 incelendi\u011finde ise; enerji elde etme s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan emisyonun %40,8\u2019lik oran ile ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m ve di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerin t\u00fcketim oran\u0131n\u0131n %19 oldu\u011fu ve end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan gaz\u0131n %16\u2019l\u0131k oran ile en sonda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir [5].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 yapan sekt\u00f6r s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda ikinci s\u0131rada olan tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn (ormanc\u0131l\u0131k ve bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6rleri ile birlikte) di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerden en temel fark\u0131, havaya en \u00e7ok kar\u0131\u015fan gaz\u0131n karbondioksit yerine metan gaz\u0131 ve diazotmonoksit olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu gaz kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn toplam sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %80\u2019ini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumu, gevi\u015f getiren hayvanlar\u0131n sindirim s\u00fcrecinde olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 metan gaz\u0131 ile topraktaki mikroorganizmalar taraf\u0131ndan nitrit ve nitrat\u0131n azota d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi sonucunda havaya kar\u0131\u015fan diazotmonoksit gaz\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bununla birlikte toprak \u00fcst\u00fcnde bekleyen hayvan g\u00fcbreleri de bozulurken her iki gaz\u0131n sal\u0131m\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r [6].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir di\u011fer metan gaz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fcretim alan\u0131 ise \u00e7eltik tarlalar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7eltik tamamen sulu topraklarda \u00fcretilmekte olup bu tarlalarda bulunan suyun i\u00e7erisindeki organik maddelerin, oksijensiz ortamda ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu metan gaz\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r [7].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00fcretimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda en \u00e7ok sera gaz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan sanayi sekt\u00f6rleri s\u0131ralamas\u0131 %65,3 ile \u00e7imento, kire\u00e7, cam, seramik gibi mineral \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00fcretimini kapsayan mineral end\u00fcstrisi, %19,3 ile metal end\u00fcstrisi ve %4,1 oran ile kimya sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u015feklindedir. T\u00fcketim oranlar\u0131nda bir alt sekt\u00f6rler incelenirse karbon emisyonunun en \u00e7ok %6\u2019l\u0131k oran ile \u00e7imento \u00fcretiminde ve %2,3 ile demir \u00e7elik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Burada yer alan veriler yaln\u0131zca \u00fcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan de\u011ferler olup \u00fcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve ula\u015f\u0131m nedeniyle yap\u0131lan t\u00fcketimler hari\u00e7 tutulmu\u015ftur [5].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emisyon nedeniyle hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan dengesizlikler artarak \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli problemlerin ya\u015fanmas\u0131na sebebiyet vermektedir. Tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k, \u0130zmir&#8217;deki toplam sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n %8,2&#8217;sini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r [10].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir&#8217;in bina stokunun eski olmas\u0131 nedeniyle konutlarda elektrik ve \u0131s\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanan sal\u0131mlar, belediyelerin toplam CO<sub>2<\/sub> sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n %14,3\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. At\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu s\u0131hhi bir \u015fekilde bertaraf edilirken, %93&#8217;den fazlas\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yeniden kullan\u0131m ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ile d\u00fczenli depolama alan\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirilmektedir. \u0130zmir&#8217;deki enerji \u00fcretimi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde geleneksel fosil yak\u0131t enerjilerinden (do\u011fal gaz, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve akaryak\u0131t) elde edilmekte ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 40.000 eve jeotermal \u0131s\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r [10].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda sera gaz\u0131 etkisinin g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmesi ile emisyonun sebep oldu\u011fu k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma nedeniyle do\u011faya ve \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funa olan olumsuz etki bir d\u00f6ng\u00fc olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. Bu d\u00f6ng\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131r\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in zaman kaybetmeden uygun politikalar\u0131n izlenerek harekete ge\u00e7ilmesi gerekmektedir.
