Giri\u015fimciler genellikle kendi yetenek, vizyon ve hedeflerine g\u00f6re, tekil veya ekipler halinde s\u00fcrekli b\u00fcy\u00fcyen, geli\u015fen ve de\u011fi\u015fen ekosistem i\u00e7inde kendilerine bir yol \u00e7izmektedirler. Bireysel giri\u015fimciler oyun geli\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yenilik\u00e7i i\u015f modelleri \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak da global ba\u015far\u0131lar elde edebilmektedirler. \u015eirket olarak oyun geli\u015ftiren giri\u015fimler ise, \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda ald\u0131klar\u0131 devasa yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ile adlar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok s\u00f6z ettirmi\u015fler ve dikkatleri yo\u011fun \u015fekilde \u00fczerlerine \u00e7ekmi\u015flerdir. \u00dclkemizde de \u00f6zellikle son iki y\u0131lda kurulan bir\u00e7ok giri\u015fimin odak noktas\u0131nda oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bir\u00e7o\u011fu uluslararas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lardan y\u00fcksek mebla\u011fl\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>K\u00fcresel Oyun Pazar\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Giri\u015fimler:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel oyun pazar\u0131 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 159 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015farak bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %9.3 b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr[Newzoo, 2020]. Pazara 1970\u2019lerden sonra uzun y\u0131llar boyunca jetonlu makineler, bilgisayar oyunlar\u0131 ve oyun konsollar\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmi\u015f olsa da g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde pazar\u0131n lideri mobil oyunlard\u0131r. Bu bir dalga etkisi yaratarak yeni oyun giri\u015fimlerinin kurulmas\u0131na ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n tercihlerinin oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden yana olmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Startup Watch verilerine g\u00f6re, 2019 ve 2020 y\u0131llar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de en \u00e7ok startup kurulan sekt\u00f6r oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc oldu ve bu iki y\u0131lda toplamda 141 oyun giri\u015fimi kuruldu [\u00d6\u011f\u00fct\u00e7\u00fc, 2021]. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki T\u00fcrkiye oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n en ses getiren olay\u0131 \u0130stanbul merkezli oyun \u015firketi Peak Games\u2019in ABD\u2019li oyun devi Zynga\u2019ya 1,8 milyar dolar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sat\u0131lmas\u0131yd\u0131. B\u00f6ylelikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk unicorn giri\u015fimi de oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l \u0130stanbul firmas\u0131 Rollic Games \u015firketi de Zynga\u2019ya 168 milyon dolara sat\u0131ld\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda en \u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131m alan sekt\u00f6r oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc oldu. KPMG 2021 Q1 T\u00fcrkiye Startup Yat\u0131r\u0131m Raporuna g\u00f6re, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde en y\u00fcksek mebla\u011fl\u0131 startup yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 listesinde ilk 10\u2019da 3 adet oyun firmas\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bunlar i\u00e7inde en \u00e7ok g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpan\u0131 Dream Games firmas\u0131n\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 50 milyon dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131m adedi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc birinci s\u0131radad\u0131r ve toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m hacminde ise, ikinci s\u0131radad\u0131r. Startup Centrum 2021 Birinci Yar\u0131y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye Startup Ekosistemi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda 20 farkl\u0131 oyun giri\u015fimi toplamda 236 milyon dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rel bazda bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise, bu yar\u0131y\u0131lda yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n %34\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc alan oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, teslimat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131nda ikinci s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor [Startup Centrum, 2021]. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki oyun giri\u015fimleri gerek uluslararas\u0131 gerekse yerel yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan ve desteklerden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 momentum ile h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam etmektedir. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakan\u0131 Mustafa Varank, oyun alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren 230 firman\u0131n bug\u00fcne kadar 1,4 milyar liral\u0131k kaynaktan faydaland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir konu\u015fmas\u0131nda belirtmi\u015ftir [TRT Haber, 2021]. Bu firmalardan biri de 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda en \u00e7ok indirilen mobil oyun Hunter Assassin&#8217;in geli\u015ftiricisi olan \u0130zmir merkezli Ruby Games\u2019dir. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK deste\u011fiyle 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda EGE Teknopark b\u00fcnyesinde kurulan \u015firketin iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde iki ki\u015filik bir ekipten 30 ki\u015fiye ula\u015fmas\u0131, oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fime ayna tutmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fanan bu geli\u015fmeler sayesinde T\u00fcrkiye oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc gelirlerinde d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nemli bir konuma ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130statistik sitesi Statista\u2019n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc 401 milyon dolar gelirle d\u00fcnyada 23\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131radad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk oyun giri\u015fimlerinin k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131nda yatan sebepler aras\u0131nda, \u00fclkenin gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusa sahip olmas\u0131, devlet desteklerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hiper basit (hyper casual) mobil oyunlar\u0131n h\u0131zla geli\u015ftirilmesi oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir [BBC, 2020].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hiper basit oyunlar oynamas\u0131 kolay, sade bir kullan\u0131c\u0131 aray\u00fcze sahip, talimat veya bir \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcreci gerektirmeyen, \u00fccretsiz \u015fekilde indirilip h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde oynanabilen oyunlar olarak nitelendirilebilirler. &nbsp;Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn onlarca birbirine benzeyen ve karma\u015f\u0131k oyunlar\u0131n \u00fcretildi\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne taze bir soluk getiren hiper basit oyunlar\u0131n temeli asl\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015fte pop\u00fclerlik kazanan bir ba\u015fka ak\u0131m ile \u00e7ok benze\u015fmektedir: Indie Gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Oyun Giri\u015fimcili\u011fi: Indie Gaming:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIndie Gaming\u201d \u00f6zellikle yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok konu\u015fulan bir oyun giri\u015fimcili\u011fi t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu kavram, \u0130ngilizcedeki \u201cIndependent\u201d yani ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kelimesinin k\u0131saltmas\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen, birka\u00e7 ki\u015filik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bireylerin \u00fcretti\u011fi, genelde \u00e7ok fazla detay ve grafik yerine, daha yenilik\u00e7i fikirler, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve oyuncu deneyimleri \u00fczerine odaklanan oyun geli\u015ftirme t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devasa oyun st\u00fcdyolar\u0131n\u0131n binlerce ki\u015filik ekiplerle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i, karma\u015f\u0131k ve kullan\u0131c\u0131 dostu olmayan oyunlara inat, tamamen basit ama e\u011flenceli oyunlar \u00fcretmektir asl\u0131nda hedeflenen. Ancak, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z geli\u015ftiriciler, st\u00fcdyo veya yay\u0131nc\u0131lardan destek almad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in, indie oyun yaparken b\u00fct\u00fcn finansal ve \u00fcretimsel riskleri kendileri \u00fcstlenmektedirler. Bu noktada her ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z oyun geli\u015ftiricisi asl\u0131nda bir giri\u015fimci gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir. Fakat bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe kat\u0131lmayan ki\u015filer vard\u0131r, \u00f6rne\u011fin Microsoft\u2019un 2.5 Milyar Dolara sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Minecraft oyununun yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 Markus Persson gibi. Markus kendisinin bir giri\u015fimci veya CEO olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, sadece bir yaz\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011funu kendi sosyal medya hesab\u0131nda ifade etmektedir. Oyun geli\u015ftiriciler tek bir platform i\u00e7in tek ba\u015f\u0131na oyun geli\u015ftirmek yerine, a\u00e7\u0131k kodlama sistemi sayesinde kollektif ve global \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak platformlar aras\u0131 oyunlar geli\u015ftirebilmektedir. Geli\u015ftirilen bu oyunlar bilgisayarlar, ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefonlar, konsollar gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da platforma uyumlu \u015fekilde kodlanarak tek seferde \u00e7ok say\u0131da kullan\u0131c\u0131ya ula\u015fma \u015fans\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da daha y\u00fcksek k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131k yaratmaktad\u0131r [Medal, 2020]. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131n getirdi\u011fi avantajlar bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, daha \u00f6nce de bahsedildi\u011fi \u00fczere b\u00fcnyesinde bir\u00e7ok yarat\u0131c\u0131 end\u00fcstriler i\u00e7eren b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ekosistem olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc giri\u015fimciler kendi yetenek ve yarat\u0131c\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir sentez ile yenilik\u00e7i i\u015f modellerine \u00e7evirebilmektedirler. Bu da oyun sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ile ilgili herkesin bildi\u011fi kodlama, g\u00f6rsel tasar\u0131m, ses tasar\u0131m, senaryo yazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi yerle\u015fik mesleklerin \u00f6tesinde yeni i\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Yenilik\u00e7i i\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na \u00f6rnek olarak: oyunlara yeni ba\u015flayanlara rehberlik ve e\u011fitimler, Twitch gibi milyonlarca kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olan platformlardan yap\u0131lan canl\u0131 yay\u0131nlar, Youtube i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen i\u00e7erikler, y\u00fcksek \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc turnuvalar ve sponsorluklar, tester ad\u0131 verilen ki\u015filerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzaktan veya lokal \u015fekilde oyunlar\u0131n performanslar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirme i\u015fleri s\u0131ralanabilir[Sutevski, 2021]. \u00c7o\u011funlukla gen\u00e7 giri\u015fimci n\u00fcfusun odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetleri \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr.
