K\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7evresel bask\u0131lar nedeniyle \u00fclkelerin 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar net emisyonu s\u0131f\u0131ra indirme taahh\u00fcd\u00fc, otomotiv \u00fcreticilerini zorlamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ABD\u2019nin California eyaletinde 2035 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle sat\u0131lacak yeni binek otomobiller ve kamyonlar\u0131n emisyonsuz olmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 getirilmi\u015ftir. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde ise 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda otomobillerin karbondioksit emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 % 50 oran\u0131nda azaltmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. [1]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-05e98980-11dc-4bf5-a276-df232e39b4ad\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ara\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli, uygun fiyatl\u0131, fonksiyonel ve stil sahibi bir tasar\u0131ma sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yak\u0131t verimli ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon sal\u0131n\u0131ml\u0131 olmas\u0131 gibi \u00e7evreci \u00f6zelliklere sahip olmas\u0131 da beklenmektedir. [2] &nbsp;Bu taleplerin t\u00fcm\u00fcne cevap verebilecek yeni nesil ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in otomotiv \u00fcreticilerinin alternatif malzeme aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda, tasar\u0131m \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sunan kompozit malzemeler \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-f4b9ecfe-7ec2-4e7a-818c-410eeac840df\">Otomotivde kullan\u0131lan kompozitlerin demir, \u00e7elik ve al\u00fcminyum gibi geleneksel malzemelere g\u00f6re avantajlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralanabilir: [3]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-1f756d3f-7ee2-46c0-9427-9cfa123720d1\"><li>Kompozitler \u00e7elikten 4 kat, al\u00fcminyumdan 1,5 kat daha hafiftir. Otomotivde kompozit malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131yla sa\u011flanan a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k azalt\u0131m\u0131, toplam maliyeti ve yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimini de azaltmaktad\u0131r. Bir ara\u00e7ta her 45 kg a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k azalt\u0131m\u0131 % 2-3 yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Kompozitler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funlu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131n m\u00fckemmel dayan\u0131m ve rijitlik sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle yenilenemeyen fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131t ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda metal malzemelere alternatif te\u015fkil etmektedir.<\/li><li>Kompozitlerin istenildi\u011fi gibi \u015fekillendirilebilmesi, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan par\u00e7a miktar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla montaj s\u00fcrelerinin k\u0131salt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-cad1f553-125d-4b2b-a80e-616c7651707d\">Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, kompozit malzemelerden \u00fcretilen ara\u00e7lar\u0131n darbelere kar\u015f\u0131 daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Yak\u0131n gelecekte \u00e7elikten \u00fcretilmi\u015f bir arac\u0131n daha sa\u011flam oldu\u011fu alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fece\u011fi ve kompozit malzemelerin \u00e7eli\u011fin yerini alaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Halihaz\u0131rda ara\u00e7larda g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flayan tampon, \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma kutusu gibi pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri art\u0131k kompozit malzemelerden \u00fcretilmektedir. [4] Ayr\u0131ca kompozit malzemeler, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i batarya entegrasyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri ve hidrojenle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ara\u00e7lara uygun yak\u0131t depolama tanklar\u0131 sunarak yeni nesil otomobillerin geli\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r. Halihaz\u0131rda termoset talebi, termoplastiklerden y\u00fcksektir. Termoset malzemeler far yuvas\u0131, kaput alt\u0131 elektrik ve \u0131s\u0131 koruma bile\u015fenlerinden i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f yap\u0131sal par\u00e7alara kadar \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli otomotiv uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak termosetlerin yeniden kullan\u0131m veya geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k termoplastik re\u00e7ineler, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 ve malzemenin eritilip yeniden bi\u00e7imlendirilebilmesi nedeniyle y\u00fcksek hacimli \u00fcretim i\u00e7in daha uygundur. Termoplastiklerin hammadde maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck\u00e7e pazar talebinin artmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.
