Heronemus taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. YDRT\u2019yi, t\u00fcrbin kulesinin deniz dibine temel ile sabitlenmesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 derinliklerde y\u00fczen bir yap\u0131ya monte edilen r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinleri olarak tan\u0131mlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kurulum ve operasyon maliyetleri sabit temelli deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerine k\u0131yasla y\u00fcksek olsa da YDRT\u2019ler, a\u00e7\u0131k denizlerin elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilmesine imkan sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, deniz trafi\u011fine ve k\u0131y\u0131 ekonomisine zarar vermemesiyle beraber g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kirlili\u011fi yaratmamas\u0131 sebebiyle gelecekte kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n daha da yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y\u00fczer Deniz\u00fcst\u00fc R\u00fczg\u00e2r T\u00fcrbini Uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 metrenin \u00fczerindeki derinli\u011fe sahip alanlarda sabit temelli deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini kurulumunun a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 maliyetli ve\/veya m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamas\u0131 sebebiyle genellikle y\u00fczer deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri tercih edilmektedir. Yine de, yat\u0131r\u0131m sahas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re YDRT\u2018nin de farkl\u0131 alt uygulamalar\u0131\/konseptleri geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Bu konseptlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 prototip olarak kalarak ticarile\u015femese de \u201cPetrol ve Gaz (O&amp;G)\u201d sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki a\u00e7\u0131k deniz uygulamalar\u0131ndan elde edilen tecr\u00fcbeler r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne de aktar\u0131larak YDRT\u2018ler i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131labilecek d\u00f6rt temel uygulama sekt\u00f6re kazand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Semi-Submersible (Yar\u0131 dalg\u0131\u00e7)<\/li><li>Spar Buoy (\u015eamand\u0131ra Dire\u011fi)<\/li><li>Tension Leg Platform (TLP) (Gergi Ayak Platformu)<\/li><li>Barge (Mavna)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"602\" height=\"421\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-794\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-13.png 602w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-13-300x210.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><figcaption>\u015eekil 1 &#8211; D\u00f6rt Temel Y\u00fczer T\u00fcrbin Platform Uygulamas\u0131<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu uygulamalar deniz \u00fcst\u00fcndeki hareketleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u201ck\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131\u201d ve \u201cuyumlu\u201d yap\u0131lar olarak kategorize edilmektedir. K\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 yap\u0131lar deniz hareketlerine g\u00f6re santimetreler d\u00fczeyinde yer de\u011fi\u015ftirirken, uyumlu yap\u0131lar metrelerce yer de\u011fi\u015ftirebilmektedir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede; Yar\u0131 dalg\u0131\u00e7, \u015eamand\u0131ra Dire\u011fi ve Mavna k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 yap\u0131lar olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, Gergi Ayak Platformu uyumlu yap\u0131lar olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Uygulama: WindFloat (Yar\u0131 Dalg\u0131\u00e7)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WindFloat uygulamas\u0131, \u015eekil 2\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere, tek bir r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbininin yar\u0131 dalg\u0131\u00e7 yap\u0131n\u0131n kolonlar\u0131n birinin \u00fczerine oturtulmas\u0131 \u015feklindedir. Yar\u0131 dalg\u0131\u00e7 yap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturan kafes elemanlar\u0131 ve kolonlar\u0131n par\u00e7alar\u0131 karada \u00f6nceden imal edilmektedir. Sonras\u0131nda uygun bir kuru r\u0131ht\u0131m, k\u0131zak veya g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir r\u0131ht\u0131m kenar\u0131 bulunan konuma montaj yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere nakledilmektedir. Bu sayede yap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturan ekipmanlar\u0131n seri \u00fcretimini yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"450\" height=\"371\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-795\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-14.png 450w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-14-300x247.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><figcaption>\u015eekil 2 &#8211; WindFloat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lk tam \u00f6l\u00e7ekli uygulamas\u0131 Portekiz\u2019in Atlantik Okyanusu k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n 5 km a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda, 40-50 metre derinli\u011fe sahip bir alanda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her bir y\u00fczer yap\u0131da 8,3 MW kapasiteli bir r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini bulunan sahada 3 adet WindFloat bulunmaktad\u0131r. Buna ilave olarak \u015fu an \u0130sko\u00e7ya\u2019da 4 adet WindFloat\u2019dan olu\u015fan toplam 38 MW\u2019l\u0131k kapasiteye sahip bir y\u00fczer deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrali (YDRES) yap\u0131m\u0131 devam etmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, Fransa\u2019n\u0131n Lion K\u00f6rfezi\u2019nde proje geli\u015ftirme a\u015famas\u0131nda olan uygulama daha mevcuttur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Uygulama: Hywind (\u015eamand\u0131ra Dire\u011fi)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hywind uygulamas\u0131, \u015eekil 3\u2019de g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi \u00fczere \u015famand\u0131ra tipi bir dire\u011fin \u00fczerine bir r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinin oturtulmas\u0131 \u015feklindedir. Y\u00fczer yap\u0131, i\u00e7i balast suyu ve d\u00f6kme balast (\u00f6rne\u011fin kaya) ile doldurulmu\u015f bir silindirden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u015eamand\u0131ra \u00e7elikten veya betondan yap\u0131labilmektedir. \u015eamand\u0131ra yatay olarak in\u015fa edilebilmektedir ancak t\u00fcrbin montaj\u0131 i\u00e7in derin suya ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaktad\u0131r (100+ m). Bu uygulama sadece 100 m ve \u00fczeri su derinlikleri i\u00e7in uygun kabul edilmektedir. R\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbininin y\u00fczer yap\u0131ya montaj\u0131 ise YDRES sahas\u0131nda yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Uygulama: Ideol (Mavna)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideol uygulamas\u0131nda y\u00fczer yap\u0131 \u015eekil 4\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere \u00e7elik veya betondan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f halka \u015feklinde bir platformdur. Dalgalardan kaynakl\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131mlar, yap\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u00e7alkalanan su (s\u00f6n\u00fcm havuzu) ile s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenmektedir. Plakalar\u0131n e\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00fcretiminin yap\u0131labilmesi sebebiyle \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin esnek oldu\u011fu ve \u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Uygulama: Naval Energies (Yar\u0131 Dalg\u0131\u00e7)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Naval Energies uygulamas\u0131 \u015eekil 5\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bir yar\u0131 dalg\u0131\u00e7 uygulamas\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u00fczer yap\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f beton, \u00e7elik veya karma \u015fekilde \u00fcretilebilmektedir. Bu uygulamada r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini y\u0131ld\u0131z d\u00fczenindeki kolonlar\u0131n ortas\u0131na dikilmektedir ve deniz taban\u0131na demirlenmektedir. Tasar\u0131m 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve sahada test edilmi\u015ftir. SBM\u2019in y\u00fczer yap\u0131s\u0131 k\u00f6\u015felerinde germe ayaklar\u0131 olan d\u00f6rt y\u00fczl\u00fc bir yap\u0131d\u0131r ve yap\u0131da d\u00f6rt y\u00fczd\u00fcrme eleman\u0131, bulunmaktad\u0131r. Montaj\u0131 i\u00e7in kuru havuz gerektirmeyen yap\u0131n\u0131n standart bir r\u0131ht\u0131mda, r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini dahil olmak \u00fczere komple montaj\u0131 yap\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Uygulama: TretraSpar (Gergi Ayak Platformu)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TetraSpar uygulamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k kaynakl\u0131(open source) bir konsept olarak 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda Shell taraf\u0131ndan test edilmi\u015f ve 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ticarile\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u015eekil 7\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere yap\u0131, d\u00f6rt y\u00fczl\u00fc bir yap\u0131 olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bile\u015fenlerin imalat\u0131ndan sonra yap\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131 karada olacak ve daha sonra denize a\u00e7\u0131lacak \u015fekilde planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Akdeniz Y\u00fczer Deniz\u00fcst\u00fc R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Pazar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Konseyi (GWEC), Avrupa R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Birli\u011fi (WindEurope) gibi r\u00fczgar enerjisi alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren uluslararas\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporlar incelendi\u011finde, deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn gelecekteki pazar pay\u0131n\u0131n mevcut duruma g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha fazla olaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki tahminleri g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla beraber, Avrupa Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan Avrupa\u2019da sekt\u00f6re y\u00f6nelik f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek \u00fczere 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan \u201cDeniz\u00fcst\u00fc R\u00fczg\u00e2r Enerjisi Strateji\u201dnde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar Avrupa\u2019da toplam 60 GW deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar, 1 GW dalga ve gelgit enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ise, tahmini olarak 300 GW deniz\u00fcst\u00fc, 40 GW dalga ve gelgit enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu kapsamda y\u00fczer g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralleri, dalga ve gelgit enerjisi santralleri, sabit temelli ve y\u00fczer deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi santralleri gibi teknolojilerin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bu alanda toplam 800 milyar dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle y\u00fczer platformlar\u0131n imalat\u0131yla ilgili teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin h\u0131z kazanmas\u0131 ve \u00fcretim maliyetlerinde beklenen azalmayla beraber 50 metreden daha derin sulardaki r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyelinin de daha fazla de\u011ferlendirilebilmesi s\u00f6z konusu olacakt\u0131r. Yine de s\u00f6z konusu y\u00fczer yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in geli\u015fmi\u015f bir \u00fcretim ve lojistik altyap\u0131s\u0131 gerekmektedir.
