Bu ihtiya\u00e7lara paralel olarak, temiz enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na artan ilgi sonucunda r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn pazar b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de katlanarak artmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcresel R\u00fczg\u00e2r Enerjisi Konseyi (GWEC)\u2019ne g\u00f6re k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte son 10 y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 kat artan R\u00fczg\u00e2r Enerjisi Santrali (RES) kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle 651 GW seviyelerine ula\u015f\u0131rken, k\u00fcresel r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc, son 5 y\u0131lda her y\u0131l ortalama y\u00fczde 12 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bu art\u0131\u015fla beraber r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini teknolojilerindeki geli\u015fmeler de dikkat \u00e7ekmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn tarihsel geli\u015fimi incelendi\u011finde, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle r\u00fczg\u00e2r potansiyeli y\u00fcksek, lojistik imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc alanlarda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Potansiyeli y\u00fcksek, kolay eri\u015filebilir yat\u0131r\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n giderek azalmas\u0131 sebebi ile art\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar daha verimsiz, kurulum operasyonu zor alanlara y\u00f6nelmek zorunda kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcrbinler incelendi\u011finde ise t\u00fcrbin teknolojisindeki tarihsel geli\u015fmelerden kaynakl\u0131 olarak enerji \u00fcretimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan verimli alanlar\u0131n daha \u00f6nce kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sebeple daha eski teknolojideki veya daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kapasitedeki t\u00fcrbinler ilk olarak bu alanlarda kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 daha \u00e7ok a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki iki alana odaklanmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kuruldu\u011fu alandaki ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re en fazla verim al\u0131nacak r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi,<\/li><li>Co\u011frafi olarak hen\u00fcz kullan\u0131ma tam anlam\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f denizlerde ve okyanuslarda kullan\u0131lacak r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artan R\u00fczg\u00e2r T\u00fcrbini Kapasiteleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son d\u00f6nemde r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini \u00fcreticilerinin ard\u0131 ard\u0131na yeni t\u00fcrbin modeli\/platformunu tan\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131 yap\u0131lan t\u00fcrbin modelleri incelendi\u011finde karasal r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinin 6 MW kapasiteye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinin ise 15 MW kapasiteye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n arka plan\u0131nda her ne kadar mekanik ve elektronik aksamda ya\u015fanan teknolojik geli\u015fmeler rol oynasa da t\u00fcrbin bile\u015fenlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckl\u00fclerinde ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fim \u00e7ok daha fazla g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcp\u00fcrme alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek amac\u0131yla daha geni\u015f rotor \u00e7ap\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmakta, bu sebeple de karasal r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinde kanat boylar\u0131n\u0131n 85-90 metreye, deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinde ise 120 metreye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fczg\u00e2r yo\u011funlu\u011funun ve h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n deniz seviyesinden yukar\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k\u00e7a artmas\u0131 sebebiyle t\u00fcrbin \u00fcreticileri daha y\u00fcksek kulelerin kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi t\u00fcrbinler tasarlamaktad\u0131r. Bu anlamda 160 metreyi bulan t\u00fcrbin kuleleri kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"607\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-33.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-687\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-33.png 607w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-33-300x127.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 607px) 100vw, 607px\" \/><figcaption><em>\u015eekil 1 &#8211; R\u00fczg\u00e2r T\u00fcrbinlerinin Tarihsel Geli\u015fimi<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deniz\u00fcst\u00fc R\u00fczg\u00e2r T\u00fcrbinleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrbin bile\u015fenlerinin ebatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fla beraber bu bile\u015fenlerin santral yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi alana ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, montaj\u0131 ve lojisti\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir problem haline gelmi\u015ftir. Bu noktada denizel alanlardaki uygulamalar bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Lojisti\u011fi limanlar \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bile\u015fenleri, denizel alanlardaki yat\u0131r\u0131m sahalar\u0131na do\u011frudan iletilebilmektedir. Bu sayede daha y\u00fcksek kapasiteye sahip t\u00fcrbinlerin kurulumlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131labilmesi denizel alanlarda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla birlikte denizel alanlardaki deniz tabanlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 konumlarda farkl\u0131 \u00f6zellikler ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klara y\u00f6nelik olarak t\u00fcrbin \u00fcreticileri yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi alandaki deniz taban\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re t\u00fcrbin temeli uygulamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmektedir. Bu noktada yat\u0131r\u0131m sahas\u0131n\u0131n jeolojik ve jeofizik \u00f6zellikleri se\u00e7ilecek temel uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n belirleyicisi olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genel olarak deniz suyu derinli\u011finin 50 metreden az olmas\u0131 halinde sabit temelli deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinleri tercih edilirken, 50 metrenin \u00fczerindeki derinli\u011fe sahip alanlarda y\u00fczer deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinleri tercih edilmektedir. Buna ilave olarak bu iki teknoloji kendi i\u00e7inde alt uygulamalar\u0131 da bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"602\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-34.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-688\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-34.png 602w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-34-300x257.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><figcaption><em>\u015eekil 2 &#8211; Deniz\u00fcst\u00fc R\u00fczgar T\u00fcrbini \u00c7e\u015fitleri<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>GWEC\u2019e g\u00f6re son 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131m verileri incelendi\u011finde, 621 GW\u2019l\u0131k karasal RES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ilave olarak, 29.1 GW\u2019l\u0131k deniz\u00fcst\u00fc RES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 651 GW\u2019l\u0131k toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n %4.5 seviyesine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve y\u0131llar itibari ile art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 6 GW\u2019l\u0131k ilave deniz\u00fcst\u00fc RES yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Yeni deniz\u00fcst\u00fc RES yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n 5,9 GW\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 sabit temelli r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerden olu\u015furken 74 MW\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 y\u00fczer r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde y\u00fczer uygulamalar\u0131n toplam deniz\u00fcst\u00fc uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olsa da, \u00f6zellikle Akdeniz,&nbsp; Karadeniz ve okyanuslar bu teknolojinin gelecekte kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi \u00f6nemli alanlar aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00d6l\u00e7ekli R\u00fczg\u00e2r T\u00fcrbinleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinleri, halihaz\u0131rda ticari r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinin aksine mikro elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini \u00e7e\u015fididir ve 1 kW\u2019dan 300kW\u2019ya kadar kurulu g\u00fcce sahip t\u00fcrbinler bu kategoriye dahil edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"746\" height=\"496\" src=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-35.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-689\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-35.png 746w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-35-300x199.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 746px) 100vw, 746px\" \/><figcaption>\u015eekil 3 \u2013 K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00d6l\u00e7ekli R\u00fczg\u00e2r T\u00fcrbini Uygulama \u00d6rne\u011fi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Megawatt(MW) \u00f6l\u00e7ekli r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinin aksine kurulum sahas\u0131 ile ilgili alan ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha az olmas\u0131 ve kentsel alanlarda uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n rahatl\u0131kla yap\u0131labilmesi sebebi ile gelecek d\u00f6nemde farkl\u0131 eksenlerde tasarlanm\u0131\u015f k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n da yayg\u0131nla\u015faca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni Teknolojilere \u00dcretim Alt Yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Uyumu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halihaz\u0131rda k\u00fcresel r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi pazar\u0131ndaki hakim teknolojinin MW \u00f6l\u00e7ekli t\u00fcrbinlerden olu\u015fmas\u0131, her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7leri daha fazla olan t\u00fcrbinlerin ve deniz\u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinin kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanmas\u0131 sebebiyle, t\u00fcrbin bile\u015fenlerinin \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in gerekli altyap\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve lojistik ihtiya\u00e7lar bu do\u011frultuda artmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnyada, t\u00fcrbin bile\u015feni \u00fcreticilerinin sekt\u00f6re \u00f6zel ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli ekipman \u00fcretilen \u00fcretim tesislerini hedef pazara yak\u0131n, liman altyap\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc b\u00f6lgelere yak\u0131n alanlarda kurduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu anlamda \u00fclkemizde de r\u00fczg\u00e2r sanayiinin \u00f6zellikle \u0130zmir ve \u00e7evresinde konu\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Avrupa R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Birli\u011fi (WindEurope) taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan \u201cR\u00fczgar Enerjisi ve Avrupa Ekonomik \u0130yile\u015fme\u201d raporuna g\u00f6re; \u00fclkemiz r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini ekipman \u00fcretimi yapan 12 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli tesisiyle listede 5. s\u0131rada yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tesislerin \u00e7o\u011funun \u0130zmir\u2019de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte ve s\u00f6z konusu tesislerde \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler incelendi\u011finde t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn karasal r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi pazar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bile\u015fen \u00fcretti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bununla beraber \u0130zmir\u2019in h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda mevcut teknolojilerin \u00fcretimi konusunda gerek Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n gerekse \u00fclkemizin en \u00f6nemli \u00fcretim \u00fcslerinden birine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019in r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretiminde, di\u011fer bir ifadeyle r\u00fczg\u00e2r sanayiindeki bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc konumunun, sekt\u00f6rdeki gelecek teknolojiler de dikkate alarak korunmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
