Ekosistemin s\u00fcregelen bu devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcleri i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmezdir. Sanayi devriminden sonra artan n\u00fcfus ve sanayile\u015fmenin getirdi\u011fi ham madde ihtiyac\u0131, insanlar\u0131n ekosistemin k\u0131t olan kaynaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde bir bask\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Olu\u015fan bu bask\u0131lar sonucunda kendini yenileyemeyen ekosistemde, ormans\u0131zla\u015fma, \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fme, hava kirlili\u011fi, su kirlili\u011fi, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin azalmas\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok sorun ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (1) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131ndan biri insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in ya\u015famsal bir tehlike olu\u015fturan iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi konusudur. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine sebep olan k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda insan faaliyetleri sonucu atmosfere sal\u0131nan sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n etkile\u015fimi ile meydana gelmektedir. Sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n %75\u2019i fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak artan \u015fehirle\u015fme, geli\u015fen end\u00fcstri ve ula\u015f\u0131m y\u00fck\u00fc sonucu olu\u015fmakta, geriye kalan %25\u2019i ise tar\u0131msal faaliyetler sonucu atmosfere sal\u0131nmaktad\u0131r (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Paneli&nbsp;(IPCC) taraf\u0131ndan \u201c1,5\u00b0C K\u00fcresel Is\u0131nma \u00d6zel Raporu\u201d yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu raporda 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar k\u00fcresel ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 1,5\u00b0C\u2019de s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmam\u0131z\u0131n gereklili\u011fi ortaya koyulmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 1,5\u00b0C ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak ekolojik sistemler ve ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde olu\u015fabilecek kal\u0131c\u0131 bir\u00e7ok etkinin \u00f6nlenmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ge\u00e7memek i\u00e7in k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2010 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re %45 azaltmak ve 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyona ula\u015fmak gerekmektedir. Bu zorlay\u0131c\u0131 hedefi ba\u015farabilmek i\u00e7in ise ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131 ve geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek gerekmektedir. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in daralan bu zamanda, h\u0131zla iklim eylemlerini artt\u0131rmak ve eylemlerle birlikte kapsay\u0131c\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe odaklanmak gerekmektedir (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi, bir toplumun, ekosistemin ya da devam eden herhangi bir sistemin ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu ana kaynaklar\u0131 t\u00fcketmeden (veya a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenmeden) belirsiz bir gelece\u011fe kadar i\u015flevini devam ettirebilme yetene\u011fi olarak tan\u0131mlayabiliriz (4). \u00c7ok boyutlu bir kavram olan ve bir\u00e7ok alanda kullan\u0131lan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kavram\u0131n\u0131n temel \u00f6zelli\u011finin, gelece\u011fi konu edinmesi ve hangi alanda kullan\u0131l\u0131yorsa o alandaki kaynaklar\u0131n korunarak s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7evre boyutuyla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ise do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve biyo-\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin; insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n; hava, su ve toprak kalitesinin; hayvan ve bitki ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. \u00c7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlikte kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m d\u00fczeyinin bu kaynaklar\u0131n kendini yenileme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131, sal\u0131nan kirleticilerin oran\u0131n\u0131n ise do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n bu kirleticileri i\u015fleme tabi tutma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir (6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kaynaklar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek \u00fczere g\u00fcndemde yer almaya ba\u015flayan kavramlardan birisi de d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomidir. D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonominin amac\u0131 kullan\u0131lan kaynaklar\u0131n ve materyallerin de\u011ferinin uzun s\u00fcre korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, onlar\u0131 olabildi\u011fince s\u0131k kullanabilmek ve sonu\u00e7ta m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en az at\u0131\u011f\u0131 (m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse s\u0131f\u0131r) ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r (7). D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel Ekonomi do\u011fadan esinlenerek ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc do\u011fa at\u0131k \u00fcretmez ve do\u011fada her \u015fey tekrar kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun \u00fc\u00e7te bir oran\u0131nda artarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 9,7 milyar insana ula\u015fmas\u0131 beklenmektedir (8).En iyi tahminler bu n\u00fcfusun yeterli ve dengeli beslenmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u0131da ve tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimin 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00fc\u00e7te iki oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131na i\u015faret etmektedir (9). Bu ihtiyac\u0131n, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda k\u0131r\u0131lgan olan tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim \u00fczerindeki bask\u0131s\u0131 sebebiyle tar\u0131msal at\u0131klar\u0131n, yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ve bu yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i teknolojilerin ve karl\u0131 i\u015f planlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131larak d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel bir ekonominin geli\u015ftirilmesi bir zorunluluk haline gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eekil 1. Available: www.agrocycle.eu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel tar\u0131m olarak adland\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz bu ekonomi, tar\u0131msal biyok\u00fctlenin ve g\u0131da i\u015fleme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri sonucu olu\u015fan at\u0131k ve art\u0131klar\u0131n yeniden kullan\u0131labilir kaynaklar olarak g\u0131da sistemi i\u00e7inde tutulmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. B\u00f6ylece bu kapal\u0131 sistem (\u015eekil 1) sayesinde tar\u0131msal g\u0131da at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi, minimum miktarda d\u0131\u015f girdi kullanarak tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve \u00e7evreye olumsuz etkileri olabilecek at\u0131klar\u0131n d\u00f6ng\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131r (10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel tar\u0131m\u0131n temel ilkesi, ihtiyac\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik optimum d\u00fczeyde arazi veya kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcretimin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi tarlalarda \u00f6ncelik g\u0131da mahsullerinin \u00fcretimi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ekim yap\u0131lacak tarlalar\u0131n en iyi \u015fekilde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k mahsuller ekilerek, neredeyse y\u0131l boyunca bu tarlalardan mahsul al\u0131nmas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funda, rotasyona kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnler eklenerek \u00e7e\u015fitlilik art\u0131r\u0131labilir. Bu tarlalarda \u00fcretilen mahsullerin kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 (yapraklar ve g\u00f6vdeler) \u00e7iftlik hayvanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yem, toprak i\u00e7in ise biyog\u00fcbre olarak kullan\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topraklar\u0131n verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7erdi\u011fi besin maddelerinin konsantrasyonu ile do\u011fru orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Toprak i\u00e7erisindeki organik materyal miktar\u0131, sadece mahsul verimi i\u00e7in belirleyici fakt\u00f6rler olmakla kalmaz; ayn\u0131 zamanda besinlerin, eser elementlerin, suyun, CO<sub>2<\/sub> ve di\u011fer sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n toprakta daha iyi tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 sayesinde verimli toprak habitat\u0131na sahip olan tarlalarda hastal\u0131klar ve zararl\u0131lar daha az g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayvan g\u00fcbresinin yan\u0131nda, &nbsp;di\u011fer bir besin kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak ele alabilece\u011fimiz evsel at\u0131klar\u0131n ar\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndan ve g\u0131da end\u00fcstrilerinden gelen proses suyundan sterilize edilmi\u015f kanalizasyon \u00e7amuru da toprakta organik materyallerin seviyesini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel tar\u0131m \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7iftlik hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n beslenmesi i\u00e7in yeti\u015ftirilecek otlar\u0131n, tarla tar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi gerekmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7in sa\u011flanacak g\u0131da deste\u011finin tarla tar\u0131m\u0131, bah\u00e7ecilik ve g\u0131da end\u00fcstrisi proseslerinden kalan at\u0131klarla yap\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel sistemde etkin bir \u015fekilde kontrol edilmesi gereken at\u0131klar\u0131n maddesel ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, &nbsp;y\u00fcksek kaliteli hayvan yemine veya enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ve teknikler mevcut bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7ift\u00e7iler bitkisel hastal\u0131klara ve bu hastal\u0131klara sebep olan zararl\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde do\u011fal veya sentetik kimyasallar ve ila\u00e7lar kullanmaktad\u0131rlar. Verimli mahsul\u00fcn ve hayvan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n planda tutuldu\u011fu d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel tar\u0131mda ise daha geni\u015f bir sistematik yakla\u015f\u0131mla bu hastal\u0131klarla sava\u015fmak yerine, zararl\u0131lara, bunlar\u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131na ve ayr\u0131ca iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerine daha diren\u00e7li olan bitki \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin ve hayvan \u0131rklar\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7ilmesi daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca tarlalar\u0131n i\u00e7inde ve \u00e7evresinde do\u011fal tozla\u015fma ve organik mahsul koruma bi\u00e7imi olarak tar\u0131msal biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 mahsullerin dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r (11).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde verimli g\u0131da \u00fcretimi hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u015fey bilmemize ve uygulamam\u0131za ra\u011fmen kullan\u0131lan &nbsp;&nbsp;kaynaklar\u0131n ve&nbsp; biyok\u00fctlenin israf\u0131n\u0131,&nbsp; kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapmak konusunda hala yeterli bilgimiz ve \u00e7abam\u0131z ne yaz\u0131k ki mevcut de\u011fildir.
