Yani ekonomik olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, geni\u015f bir tabanda toplum i\u00e7in faydal\u0131, sosyal s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi sa\u011flayan, do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131 etkilemeyen ya da pozitif olarak etkileyen, \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi temin eden bir sistemdir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda 7 milyar olan d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda 9,8 milyara ula\u015fmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. N\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerde g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Kent n\u00fcfusu h\u0131zlanarak artacak ve 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k %70\u2019ini olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r. Gelir seviyesinin de daha y\u00fcksek olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusu, kent n\u00fcfusu ve gelir art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile bu do\u011frultuda t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi gibi pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r g\u0131da sistemlerinin besleyici g\u0131da sa\u011flayabilmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"578\" src=\"http:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-2-1024x578.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-2.png 1024w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-2-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-2-768x434.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerde beklenen gelir art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile birlikte k\u00fcresel toplam g\u0131da talebinin %50, hayvansal g\u0131da talebinin ise,&nbsp;yakla\u015f\u0131k %70 oran\u0131nda artaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ancak bug\u00fcn bile y\u00fcz milyonlarca insan a\u00e7l\u0131k \u00e7ekmekte, tar\u0131m i\u00e7in d\u00fcnyadaki \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc alan\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 kullan\u0131lmakta, tar\u0131m ve ili\u015fkili faaliyetler i\u00e7in arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7eyre\u011fini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artan g\u0131da talebinin, iklimi stabil hale getirecek, ekonomik kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 destekleyecek ve fakirli\u011fi azaltacak \u015fekilde, orman arazileri bozulmadan, terkedilmi\u015f&nbsp;ya da&nbsp;verimsiz arazileri&nbsp;tekrar a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rarak veya kullan\u0131labilir hale getirerek sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli se\u00e7enekler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Kaynaklar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc,&nbsp;D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u00c7evre Program\u0131, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131 ve Fransa&nbsp;Kalk\u0131nma \u0130\u00e7in Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda Uluslararas\u0131&nbsp;\u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi&nbsp;Merkezi ve Fransa Ulusal Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan 2050 Y\u0131l\u0131na Kadar S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir G\u0131da Gelece\u011fini Olu\u015fturmak ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 raporda g\u0131da talebi art\u0131\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00fc\u00e7 temel a\u00e7\u0131k tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f, bu \u00fc\u00e7 temel a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n kapat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in be\u015f eylem kapsam\u0131nda 22&nbsp;maddelik bir s\u00fcre\u00e7&nbsp;tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rapora g\u00f6re,&nbsp;2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda olu\u015facak g\u0131da talebinin&nbsp;s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik oda\u011f\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131lanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 temel a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131&nbsp;gerekmektedir:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u0131da A\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretilmekte olan g\u0131da miktar\u0131 ile 2050 y\u0131l\u0131&nbsp;i\u00e7in&nbsp;olas\u0131 g\u0131da talebi aras\u0131ndaki fark g\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n 7.400 trilyon kalori&nbsp;ya da&nbsp;2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda elde edilenden %56 daha&nbsp;fazla tar\u0131m&nbsp;\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kalorisine e\u015fit oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arazi A\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnleri&nbsp;ve meralar\u0131n&nbsp;verimlerinin ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llardaki art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimini g\u00f6stermeye devam etti\u011fi durumda,&nbsp;2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyadaki toplam tar\u0131m arazisi ile 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyulacak olan tar\u0131m arazisi alan\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki farkt\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n 593 milyon hektar (neredeyse Hindistan\u2019\u0131n iki kat\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir alan) oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sera Gaz\u0131 Sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 Y\u00f6n\u00fcnde Olu\u015facak&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>A\u00e7\u0131k<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2050 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n&nbsp;15&nbsp;gigaton&nbsp;karbondioksit e\u015fde\u011feri olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir ancak k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sanayi d\u00f6nemi \u00f6ncesindeki s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en fazla 2\u00b0C&nbsp;\u00fczerinde tutulabilmesi i\u00e7in tar\u0131m\u0131n oransal etkisinin 4&nbsp;gigaton&nbsp;olmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. Bu nedenle azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken sera gaz\u0131&nbsp;sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 11&nbsp;gigaton&nbsp;olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir. S\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n&nbsp;1.5&nbsp;\u00b0C&nbsp;alt\u0131nda tutulabilmesi i\u00e7in 4&nbsp;gigaton&nbsp;hedefini sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131nda tar\u0131mdan kurtar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f milyonlarca hektar alan\u0131n da a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"648\" height=\"631\" src=\"http:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-3.png 648w, https:\/\/kalkinmaguncesi.izka.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-3-300x292.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 648px) 100vw, 648px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir g\u0131da hedefine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n kapat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak uygulanacak 22 maddeyi kapsayan 5 eylem olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>G\u0131da ve tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine y\u00f6nelik talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tar\u0131msal arazi geni\u015fletilmeden g\u0131da \u00fcretiminin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131&nbsp;<\/li><li>Orman, savan ve&nbsp;turanl\u0131k&nbsp;alanlar\u0131 korumak ve iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in tar\u0131msal arazi talebinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tatl\u0131-tuzlu su bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile k\u00fclt\u00fcr bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi yoluyla bal\u0131k&nbsp;tedari\u011finin&nbsp;artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimden kaynaklanan sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu&nbsp;kapsamda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan temalar:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Verimlili\u011fin Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u0131da&nbsp;\u00fcretimi ve \u00e7evresel hedeflerin sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in tek ve en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda&nbsp;verimlili\u011fin&nbsp;art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnleri veriminin tarihsel lineer oranlardan \u00e7ok daha fazla bir oranda&nbsp;y\u00fckseltilmesi&nbsp;ve bir hektar mera, bir hayvan ve bir kilogram g\u00fcbre ba\u015f\u0131na elde edilen s\u00fct ve et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri miktar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00fcretim etkinli\u011fi 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar sabit kal\u0131rsa d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunu besleyebilmek d\u00fcnyada geri kalan ormanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu tar\u0131m arazisine \u00e7evirmeye, binlerce t\u00fcr\u00fcn yok edilmesine, insanlar\u0131n di\u011fer faaliyetlerinden&nbsp;a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan sera&nbsp;gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131rlansa bile Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131nda belirlenen 1,5- 2&nbsp;\u00b0C&nbsp;s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7ecek seviyede&nbsp;sera gaz\u0131&nbsp;sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Talep Y\u00f6netimi:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u0131da talebini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeden g\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatmak \u00e7ok daha zor olacakt\u0131r. Talep b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini yava\u015flatmak ise g\u0131da kayb\u0131 ve israf\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fcksek et t\u00fcketimli beslenme tarz\u0131ndan bitki bazl\u0131 g\u0131dalara ge\u00e7i\u015finin&nbsp;sa\u011flanmas\u0131,&nbsp;biyodizel&nbsp;\u00fcretimi art\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Afrika\u2019daki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak do\u011furganl\u0131k oranlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilmeleri i\u00e7in e\u011fitim ve sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine eri\u015fimlerinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;gerektirmektedir.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entansif<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;(Yo\u011fun) Tar\u0131m\u0131n Do\u011fal Ekosistemin Korunmas\u0131na Ba\u011flanmas\u0131<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan araziler yaln\u0131zca geni\u015flemekle kalmay\u0131p ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6lge i\u00e7erisinde bir alandan di\u011fer alana kaymaktad\u0131r. Arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki&nbsp;de\u011fi\u015fiklikler sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakta ve&nbsp;biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin&nbsp;azalmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. G\u0131da \u00fcretim art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tar\u0131m arazilerinin&nbsp;geni\u015fletilmesinden ziyade&nbsp;verimlilik ile sa\u011flanmas\u0131&nbsp;\u00f6nemlidir. Bunun&nbsp;i\u00e7in tar\u0131m arazilerinin yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmemesi ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetler&nbsp;taraf\u0131ndan&nbsp;tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcn verimini artt\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda&nbsp;orman, savan gibi alanlar\u0131n&nbsp;korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik&nbsp;yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin&nbsp;yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>E<\/strong><strong>t&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong>\u00fcketimi:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nek, koyun, kuzu gibi gevi\u015f getiren hayvanlar d\u00fcnyadaki tar\u0131msal arazinin \u00fc\u00e7te ikisini kullanmakta ve tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim kaynakl\u0131 emisyonun yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar&nbsp;gevi\u015f getiren hayvan&nbsp;et talebinin yakla\u015f\u0131k %88 artaca\u011f\u0131 hesaplanmaktad\u0131r. 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar arazi a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve emisyon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in&nbsp;gevi\u015f getiren hayvan etini y\u00fcksek miktarda t\u00fcketen&nbsp;d\u00fcnya&nbsp;n\u00fcfusunun %20\u2019sinin et t\u00fcketimini 2010 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re&nbsp;%40 oran\u0131nda azaltmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeniden&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Ormanla\u015fma ve&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Turanl\u0131k<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Alanlar\u0131n \u0130yile\u015ftirilmesi:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya tar\u0131m arazilerinin y\u00fczde 0,3\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc te\u015fkil eden,&nbsp;intensif&nbsp;tar\u0131m uygulanmam\u0131\u015f ve&nbsp;kurumu\u015f&nbsp;turanl\u0131k&nbsp;alanlar\u0131n yeniden nemlendirilmesi ve marjinal araziler ile iyile\u015ftirilmesi g\u00fc\u00e7 otlaklar\u0131n tekrar a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131&nbsp;hem&nbsp;gerekli&nbsp;hem de&nbsp;maliyet etkin bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. S\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 1,5&nbsp;\u00b0C&nbsp;alt\u0131nda tutmak i\u00e7in yeniden ormanla\u015fma,&nbsp;d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun kaynak yo\u011fun tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnleri talebinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ba\u015far\u0131labilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130klim<\/strong><strong>e Olan&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Etkinin&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>\u00dcretim<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Temelli&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Olarak&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Azalt\u0131lmas\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00f6netsel tedbirler ile \u00f6zellikle gevi\u015f getiren hayvanlar\u0131n&nbsp;enterik&nbsp;fermantasyonu*, suni ve do\u011fal g\u00fcbre, nitrojen ve enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi tar\u0131msal faaliyetlerden a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131labilir.
