Son y\u0131llarda Avrupa Birli\u011fi politika dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131nda s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu kavram, do\u011fa arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla diren\u00e7lili\u011fin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi olarak da ifade edilebilir. Bunlar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, \u00e7ok i\u015flevli ekosistemlerin ve peyzajlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirildi\u011fi, yo\u011fun ve yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netim yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131d\u0131r. Ekosistemin kapsaml\u0131 m\u00fcdahale edilerek y\u00f6netildi\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerde ekosisteme geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7ekli m\u00fcdahaleler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi yapay ekosistemler de yarat\u0131labilmektedir. Bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler genelde ye\u015fil ve mavi altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ve kritik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde niteli\u011fini kaybetmi\u015f ekosistemler i\u00e7in uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Denizlerde Do\u011fa Temelli \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ve \u00d6rnek Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mavi b\u00fcy\u00fcme, denizlerin kalk\u0131nma ve refah i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir y\u00f6netimi olarak \u00f6zetlenmekte, do\u011frudan denizlere dayanan veya denizlerle dolayl\u0131 ili\u015fkiye sahip olan ekonomik sekt\u00f6rler mavi ekonomi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Denizler, yaratt\u0131klar\u0131 ekonomi ile k\u0131y\u0131 \u015fehirlerinin refah\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nemde olup y\u00fcksek bask\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki denizel kaynaklar\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi, k\u0131y\u0131 ekonomisinin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kta oldu\u011fu \u015fehirler i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130zmir \u00f6zelinde bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da, \u0130zmir B\u00f6lge Plan\u0131 (2024-2028) do\u011fal habitatlar\u0131n, denizlerin ve i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin korunmas\u0131 ve zenginle\u015ftirilmesini bir \u00f6ncelik olarak ele almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denizler i\u00e7in do\u011fa temelli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler, karbon tutulumu, k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fe sundu\u011fu katk\u0131 gibi ekosistem hizmetleriyle iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum ve insan faaliyetleri nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kirlilik, biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131 ve k\u0131y\u0131 erozyonu gibi di\u011fer tehditlere kar\u015f\u0131, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve refah\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 boyutuyla katk\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denizlerde kirlilikle m\u00fccadele, kirlili\u011fe neden olan kaynaklara m\u00fcdahaleleri, kirlili\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7me ama\u00e7l\u0131 denetim-bilin\u00e7lendirme faaliyetlerini ve k\u0131y\u0131 alanlar\u0131ndan ba\u015flayacak \u00f6nleyici tedbirleri i\u00e7ermektedir. Kirlilikle m\u00fccadelede, kirlili\u011fin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 yan\u0131nda denizel ekosistemlerin onar\u0131m\u0131na da katk\u0131da bulunan do\u011fa temelli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler etkin, verimli ve geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlere g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha ekonomik bi\u00e7imde uygulanabilmektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mangrov ormanlar\u0131, deniz \u00e7ay\u0131r\u0131 yataklar\u0131, tuz batakl\u0131klar\u0131, mercan resifleri &#8211; istiridye yataklar\u0131, yosun ormanlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer makroalgler<\/strong>, deniz kirlili\u011fiyle m\u00fccadelede ve denizel ekosistemlerin onar\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan, en bilinen do\u011fa temelli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler olarak say\u0131labilir. Mangrov, deniz \u00e7ay\u0131r\u0131 ve batakl\u0131klar gibi k\u0131y\u0131 habitatlar\u0131, karbon emilimi yapmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra denizlerdeki asitlenmenin azalmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. K\u0131y\u0131 habitatlar\u0131n\u0131n restorasyonu, k\u0131y\u0131 alanlar\u0131nda yer alan ekosistemlerin korunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirilmesi yoluyla kara kaynakl\u0131 olan, \u00f6zellikle sanayi ve tar\u0131msal faaliyetten do\u011fan organik kirlili\u011fin s\u00fcz\u00fclmesine ve denize ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr habitatlar, gelen sular\u0131 s\u00fczerek nitrat gibi maddelerin denize ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemektedir. Bu habitatlar ekosistemlerin yenilenmesinin, insani faaliyetlerin do\u011furdu\u011fu olumsuz etkileri hafifletmesinin yan\u0131s\u0131ra biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin korunmas\u0131na da katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. ABD \u00c7evre Koruma Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (EPA) yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bir veriye g\u00f6re, in\u015fa edilen sulak alanlar, toplam azotun yakla\u015f\u0131k %45&#8217;ini ve toplam ask\u0131da kat\u0131 maddelerin yakla\u015f\u0131k %60&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 etkili bir \u015fekilde ortadan kald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. &nbsp;Do\u011fal habitatlar\u0131 yeniden canland\u0131rmay\u0131, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi ve su kalitesini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iyile\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7layan bu t\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fan \u00e7evresel kalitedeki bozulman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 hafifleterek canl\u0131 bir ekosistem olu\u015fumuna katk\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. Denizlere kirleticilerin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleme boyutuyla kara taraf\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak uygulamalar kirlilikle m\u00fccadelede son derece \u00f6nemlidir.
